  Firefly show you attractive prices in internet but force you to buy extras so that you will end paying more than booking to a classical companie. May I speak of "lleno-vacio" ... "cargo por repostaje" even when the previous customer gave back the car with full deposit ...?

  But for the rest of the service I would give a one star rating. It started with the crazy credit card reservation price of €950 ( while other rentals settle for €400 ) if you don't have it present at your credit card you need to get a extra insurance of €140,- or you won't get the car..

  Next, I knew they would charge a full fuel tank with the full / empty policy. BUT their they charge an extra €60,- service cost with it.

  Scammers. They oblige you to take their very very expensive insurance arguing that you do not have a credit card but a debit card. In France all paiement card are debit cards including visa premier but it is always possible to bloc the excess and turn it back if no accident despite they are debit card. Take care of it and don't book to Firefly. Better book to classical companies because at the end it will be cheaper for you.

  The worst company ever, it’s “the cheapest ” but they will charge you for more things on the way, and if you don’t come on time, even an hour later you lose the car and all your money. The service is even worse than awful, the guy was kicking us out saying that he had more customers coming (although we were alone at the place for more than 30 mins) while we were trying to take another car or find out if we can get at least a part of our money. Consider paying a bit more in another company like Sixt, Avis, Hertz, or whatever there is, but not the Firefly!!!

  Prepaid gas that would be reimbursed if I returned the car with a full tank ... still waiting for the reimbursement. So basically scammed out of 60e, not bad for a 75e reservation.
