  We then enjoyed 11 days in a nearly brand new Opel Astra 1.6diesel with built in navigator (in Spanish) and parking aid including a rear looking camera.

  Tómate tu tiempo para revisar el vehículo a fondo y APUNTA CUALQUIER DESPERFECTO QUE ENCUENTRES (por pequeño e insignificante que sea), de lo contrario te lo cobrarán a la devolución del mismo, ya que van a realizar una revisión MUY exhaustiva.

  I've booked a car over the web. Got receipt and mail confirmation about my reservation. Everything fine untill we got to Valencia airport. Our flight arrived at midnight, so we had to pay out of hours fee which was 35€. Drivalia garage is 4min drive from airport and the staff was suposed to meet us when our flight landed, but we waited more than an hour for shuttle bus to pick us up. Over the phone they repeatedly told us the bus is on the way which was obviously a lie. We dont mind a little wait but we were traveling with an infant so this kind of treatment was not acceptable. When we finally got to Drivalia garage, we hoped to just leave our details, make a credit card deposit and drive to our destination. Not so fast. We spent almost 2 hours arguing about insurance. Even though I made reservation for basic insurance, the lady at the counter insisted we get the maximum coverage or else she can not give us the keys. She went so far with her scare tactics that she basicaly ruined half of my vacation as I was constantly thinking about the car. When we finally made arrangements for basic insurance she threw baby seat over the counter and told us to figure out how to install it ourselves. In my eyes her behaviour was so unprofessional that I wouldn't recomend booking a car at drivalia to anyone (unless you take full coverage which is twice as expensive).

  When we got there the process was quick and smooth. We even got to choose between two different cars. No discussion about extra insurance or any money being held locked on my card.

  I rented a nice Kia Ceed (diesel) for 3 weeks from the the end of August here. Everything went smooth and fast. I booked it via DoYouSpain for a very good price. When I arrived to Valencia I waited for Drivalia's shuttle service less that 10 minutes. In their office I was offered either to buy a full cover or pay the price I booked this car for plus deposit of 1100 euros for an excess (to be blocked on my credit car). As I had an excess insurance from another company I chose the lowest price. None pushed me to buy a full cover.

  Llegue a aeropuerto de valencia el empleado del bus, como me deje la visa en las palmas , me dijo que la reserva no servia porque la visa de mi esposa no se podia usar a dejar la fianza que te engañan y es de 1040 euros..a pesar de figurar ella como segunda conductora.

  A few weeks prior to our vacation in the Valencia region, I booked a car through their webpage. Just moment later I received a confirmation mail with the details. As an extra safety I then printed that mail and brought to their office.

  There was just one thing that caused some confusion, the instructions for the pick up point when arriving to Valencia. But there is always some airport staff that can help you with such details.

  Since I don’t have any other insurance to cover any excess I booked the car with their full coverage (tarifa ultimate) and the full to full fuel policy. From my point of view the price was still very receonable.

  When returning the car we just drove strait into their garage. The clerk did a brief inspection of the vehicle while we stowed our luggage in their shuttle bus and after five minutes we were on our way to the airport.

  On return as there were no any damage to the car my deposit was unblocked. The service was fast and nice.
