  Despite being only 500 metres from the airport very quiet internally. Excellent meeting rooms and very attentive staff and management. Good restaurant and bar. Rooms are very clean and a very high standard of fixtures and good bathrooms.My second visit and would return again for business trips.

  On June 5th I was staying on room 346 of TRYP AZAFATA (Valencia) and during the night I discovered bugs all over the bed and desk, my clothes were on top of the desk and my suitcase was open next to the bed, which caused the infestation of my possessions. I immediately contacted the front desk for help. They confirmed the issue, spoke with the manager and moved me to room 301. At the time I did not know how bad the infestation was, but when I arrived home both my clothes and suitcase were completely contaminated and had to be discarded completely. Although I tried to be quite reasonable since I only wanted the hotel to reimburse me for my luggage items, the hotel didn't want to take any responsibility for the damages. I do not recommend this hotel, the customer service is awful.

  Although the entrance was a little sudden and tight, everything else had been first class. Reception was friendly and get helpful, giving us early access to our room and suggesting how to catch a very early flight the next morning. We left our larger bags downstairs and went up to our room which was a good size.The bathroom was also very nice with good fittings. I had to drop off our rental car which had been parked in the hotel free parking. The drive to the airport was only 4 minutes and the hotel free shuttle brought me back. My wife and I spent the rest of the afternoon by the small pool. We recommend this hotel for its location and ease of access to the airport, its excellent service and our comfortable room (203).
